At DKT, we believe in results and transparency.
Our work is measured in such a way to avoid obfuscation or lack of clarity. While we undertake a wide range of activities, we focus on the results that those activities deliver and the impact of such results. If an activity, strategy or tactic does not result in the uptake of a product or service, we should question the value of investing in it. We explain clearly what we do and how we do it.
In each DKT program, we track the sale and distribution of every product, using rigorous and quantifiably verifiable methods. We only report on what we ourselves distribute or provide. These results, broken down by country and method, are available here for 2015 and prior years.
DKT also compiles the results of many other social marketing programs around the world and publishes these results here each year.
We are equally committed to transparency of our financial results. We faithfully publish our Annual Report, independently audited financial statements , and Form 990 (income tax reports for non-profits to the US government) when they are available.
We share stores and ideas about our work. We give away our ‘secrets’ in articles and publications and share the advertising and marketing ideas that work to shift behavior.
These important organizational values inform the work that we do and guide all of us at DKT to do more and to do better.
