As we reported last month, our 2025 results reflect another record-breaking year. This month, we are proud to share our Annual Report – it’s a quick four-page read or one minute video. We hope it’ll remind you that this work wouldn’t be possible without your support.
Across more than 100 countries, DKT delivered over 70 million Couple Years of Protection (CYPs), helping to avert 27.8 million unintended pregnancies, 22.6 million unsafe abortions, and 55,400 maternal deaths. More than 915,000 health care providers were trained and detailed, and we launched over 56 new products, expanding the range of options available to women and families who need them most.
Despite continuing global uncertainty in the sexual and reproductive health field, DKT’s mission has not wavered. Our social enterprise model continues to demonstrate what sustainable impact looks like in practice: approximately 80% of our costs are covered through sales revenues, and we procured an estimated $147 million in contraceptives — largely with our own funds. The cost to donors of delivering one Couple Year of Protection remained under $1. Every dollar goes further here.

As we look ahead, 2026 is already moving. In the Philippines, newly launched oral contraceptives are expanding choice for women, and in Zambia, our Kiss condom brand entered the market with four new variants, met by high interest from consumers.
